When I, personally , worked there I applied to work as a DSP part-time. I already worked 42.5 hours a week and just wanted something a couple days a week. I was hired and given a schedule that was a total of 40+ hours and had shifts in multiple homes throughout the day. So, not only was I working too many hours I was also not working for the right Dept. I told them I can't work that much. They said they would find someone to cover it. I ended up not making it a week before I just couldn't do it anymore. My boyfriend also worked there as a DSP and he was fired because he couldn't prove he didn't do the ridiculous thing he was accused of. (Not to do with a client) they are a joke. Swear they have NO ONE to cover shifts and make you stay all night, but as soon as they fire you for no reason have new people in there right away.
Liars, best make sure you have hours before you quit your old job. On top of that never got paid for the few days I worked there.
Favoritism at its worst. Checks were short for the hours I worked. And no raise even know it was promised. That and using your weaknesses to their advantage. Being someone with ADHD got basically told that I couldn't take on another client. Basically keeps things on the down low. Not a good job to work for.
