Respect and Self Control is taught at all age levels right along side of the actually sport training, which is key to a successful ATA member. Attending tournaments are available but not required to advance in your belt advancement. Many families at this school have all their children enrolled.
Martial arts have truly changed my life for the better! The instructors are very professional. Being able to do these classes have really taught me many things, and I have made many friends. I would recommend Martial arts and ATA to anybody! They're awesome!

ATA is about teaching respect, courtesy and self control not only during class but they specifically teach to carry it out of class to family and friends. Discipline is a big focus of this sport, yet the people of all ages have fun doing it. Even at 5 years old I see his self confidence building it is so amazing.
ATA Legends Martial Arts is great! They have taught me not only self-defense and cool ninja moves, but also how to be respectful and kind to others. The Johnson's and Ms. Razo do a great job and I definitely recommend you try.
My grandson starting with ATA February 2017 and it has been such a blessing for him and our family. He is a very strong willed 5 year old with so much energy, and since joining ATA Legends his respect level is through the roof.
