Great place for residents to stay
The staff are always friendly but you really have to be on top of them to get the correct care for your parent. (in example, I come in on a Tuesday and my mother had not been showered since Thursday and she's supposed to get them twice a week. The nurse on staff took about 10 minutes to try and decipher the shower log book which didn't help much since it told me what I already knew). If you have a parent in here, make sure you visit frequently if they cannot speak up for themselves.
Awesome place
This long term care facility is not only a care facility for your family member but it is just like there home, it is a friendly atmosphere, the residents make their own choices. I have worked at several Long Term Care Facilities in the length of my career in health care and this is the only one that is not only super to the residents and the care that they recieve but they take very good care of their employees. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
