I've been a member of Gift Basket Drop Shipping for many years now. I found their business contract and website to be very well written and easy to understand covering many of the questions I had well before even signing up with them.
NOTICE it says you can cancel with written notice. Which I did by email. UNFORTUNATELY it is deceptive because the next paragraph says you must send the notice by USPS. I did not get that far and felt I had fulfilled my obligation of notice. NOT according to paragraph 9. So I was billed for another month that I should not have been billed for. Just be careful this company is rude and probably makes most of their money by unsuspecting customers that fall into a membership trap.

They have always been a great supplier for my client and customers needs. We have gotten many compliments on the gift orders they have shipped for me. Many of their gift listings are top rated on my online stores and often get purchased more frequently than other items I have listed. With proper online marketing and search engine optimization you can sell these gifts very easily.
NOT GOOD. I was unable to sell these baskets even at a low markup. The worst thing though is that when I tried to cancel the membership they were rude and told me I could not cancel except by USPS. When I first cancelled I saw in the FAQ section paragraph 8. The following: Can I cancel my membership if I want to? Yes, you may cancel your Standard membership at any time with written notice. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. All images must be removed from your site prior to cancellation. Membership fees will continued to be charged as long as you use the GBDS images. Cancellations will not be honored if your web site is still using the GBDS images. Membership dues are due and payable for the month in which you cancel and are not refundable. It is at all times the sole responsibility of the client to verify receipt of any and all faxed or mailed cancellations notices. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone or via the Internet. Please refer to our contract for cancellation policies pertaining to our 90 Day Trial program.
