This is a very bad company. I would advise against renting from them, as they will do nothing but cheat and steal from you. The management is terrible and unprofessional, their properties are in bad shape, they willingly allow the distribution of drugs on their properties, and some of their rentals have mold problems. This is definitely not a company you want to rent from.
Awful working for them. I would hate to rent from them. A tent might be a more suitable choice.
Property not kept up with and there is a extremely bad mold problem in several of the units, and they are not properly fixed just painted over. Sad and all with it being government funded you think they would take better care of them
