Love how clean they try to keep it, love the new shelves they put up so people can recycle unwanted decor or other various things others may have use for!! Very friendly and hard workers.
Clean and makes it easy to recycle!
Handy for a few types of items but they charge ridiculous fees to take TVs and won't take anything glass or the automotive fluids the auto stores refuse. They only seem to take the items that are convenient for them - and leave Jackson residents with the things that actually necessitate a recycling center.
I just went to the recycle center with foam, for the first time, and was confronted by a rude man who said "you can take that foam right home with you". Coming from a country and another state that recycles foam, I was not sure and was going to ask, but was never given the chance to do so. I would think an employee would have better customer service skills, or should not be working with people.
