You probably want to take your mower somewhere else. I dropped off my push mower there (wouldn't start, even with a new plug). Hadn't heard anything from them after a week or so, gave them a call and they said it was the coil and that it would take ANOTHER week for the part to come in. I had to pay someone to mow my lawn in the meantime. Finally, I had a voicemail that my mower was done. I called them back to see what the bill was going to be and I was told it would be around $60. Sure, that's not too bad. Go to pick it up and the bill was now magically $100... To top everything off my mower had a puddle of water on it because they apparently leave everything out in the sun and rain while they are there (which may or may not have contributed to my starter cord snapping when I got it home).
