Poor scheduling. I shouldn't have used the word scheduling, because I'm not sure they "keep a schedule". Was told someone would be out by 11am to fix my hot water heater. I had to have someone at my house to let them in because I was at work. Then I get a call at 1:30 saying someone was on their way. Then I get another call from Langford saying, sorry we can't make it today. Too late to get it fixed now. No hot water tonight or tomorrow. Thanks langford
