Katie is not only the kindest person to work with, but so incredibly creative, talented and patient in getting your design and every tiny detail just perfect for you! Every cake I see her do is breathtaking! I am amazed at her abilities! Not only is it beautiful to look at but it is absolutely DELICIOUS!! She has so many flavor options and a reasonable timeframe to get it done! We had her do our wedding cake (which was still excellent after her careful freezing instructions when we thawed it and had it on our 1st anniversary) and our son's 1st birthday cake and both turned out absolutely perfect!! So glad we worked with her on those important life events to have the perfect cake to share!! I would HIGHLY recommend Fancy That Cake!
You made my daughter, Jessica and Chuck David's wedding cake, steampunk, it was very good, strawberry and pecan I believe. All the decorations were edible, I would recommend you to anyone for their bakery goods. The cupcakes were awesome too. Kids enjoyed them because they could eat the gears and keys.
